“Wonder of Nature” Summer Reading Vacation

Are you looking for an engaging, reading-focused, free summer camp for your kiddos?

Neighbors’ House is excited to partner with local organizations and churches for Summer Reading Vacation for Sycamore, DeKalb, and Cortland students again this year!

what to expect

  • Read alouds and reading activities

  • Active games & creative crafts

  • Buddy reading with encouraging adult mentors who are trained & background checked

  • Devotions & prayer

  • …and so much more!

Open Programs

  • Westminster Presbyterian Church (DeKalb)
    830 N. Annie Glidden Rd. DeKalb
    June 8-11, 3-5pm
    For students who have completed Kindergarten through 5th grade.

  • Mason Manor Complex (Sycamore)
    Mason Manor Clubhouse, 275 N. Cross St.
    June 22-25, 3-5pm
    Best Directions: Here’s a map to help you visualize. Turn onto Mason Ct from Route 64, and follow it all the way to the end. Mason Court will dead-end into the parking lot for the Clubhouse!

We’re Serving Elsewhere, Too!

We are grateful that God has allowed us the opportunity to bring this program to other sites that are closed to the public. These programs are hosted in income-eligible housing complexes in DeKalb and Cortland. We invite you to pray for us as we serve these two communities!
